Job Description
The Support Specialist provides in-office daily support tasks and should possess the skills necessary to formulate quick decisions to resolve customer concerns and have an easy-going personality with a team and customer-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, written / verbal communication, and customer service skills in addition to being detailed oriented with the ability to multitask.
This position is responsible for various support tasks. This is an in-office position.
